Job summary

Designed Conveyor Systems is seeking a Senior Account Executive to build strategic relationships in the Distribution & Fulfillment space. You will help customers navigate complex decisions from early conversations through implementation and beyond, partnering with Solutions, Operations, and Pre-Contract teams.

You’ll manage a portfolio across industries, identify new opportunities, and lead complex sales opportunities from engagement to contract, while shaping account strategy and ensuring

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of successful sales experience in material handling, warehouse automation, systems integration, operations consulting, or a related industry.
• Track record of identifying, developing, and closing large, complex enterprise opportunities.
• Ability to sell an integrated solution, not just a product, and connect the value of engineering, consulting, software, automation, and implementation services.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of strategic Distribution & Fulfillment accounts across industries.
• Identify and develop new opportunities through your network, prospecting, and collaboration with business development and marketing.
• Create account and territory strategies to turn relationships and market intelligence into a healthy pipeline.
• Lead complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through solution development, negotiations, and contract execution.
