Qualifications

• Requires BS in Engineering; Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Five+ years of utility operations engineering experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer license preferred; strong leadership and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, develop, and evaluate field engineering staff.
• Manage on-time, within-budget designs and estimates for sub-transmission and distribution projects.
• Coordinate planning and engineering analysis with divisions and other departments to identify capacity and reliability improvements.
• Ensure compliance with tariffs, procedures, standards, and codes; drive safety-focused design.
• Lead storm assessment/restoration support and project development efforts.
