Job summary

Ameren Missouri is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and integrate distribution projects into Ameren's energy delivery systems. You will oversee initiation through close-out, manage scope, schedule, budget, and coordinate with vendors and field teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering management, 3+ years in PM, and PMP certification (preferred). Travel within Ameren territory and potential emergency calls are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, engineering/engineering management preferred.
• PMP certification preferred or actively pursue PMP after hire.
• Three years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience in PM controls is preferred.
• Experience includes project management or lead engineering on large/medium projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning including initiation, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and close out.
• Manage project schedule, budget and resources including vendors/contractors.
• Serve as primary site authority for assigned project personnel and operations staff.
• Direct project team and lead the project management process.
• Track metrics and report to stakeholders; ensure compliance with procedures.
• Assist in developing or revising PM policies and implementation.
