Responsibilities

• Interface directly with the customer to ensure issues are resolved promptly and satisfaction remains high.
• Strategic operational planning and execution for the operation.
• Identify and resolve operational issues using continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
• Hire, supervise, develop and manage performance of employees.
• Maintain open communications within work groups and with other parts of the organization.
• Monitor data and take action as required.
