Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
• Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
• Strategic operational planning and execution for the operation.
• Identify and solve operational issues with continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN).
• Hire, supervise, develop, and manage performance for employees.
• Maintain open communications within work groups and with other teams.
• May manage profit and loss statements based on complexity and scope.
• Lead a proactive safety program and ensure safe work environment.
