Job summary
RTB House, a global marketing tech company, is seeking engineers for the Platform Engineering team to lead deployment, monitoring, databases, or load balancing initiatives. You will guide a 3–4 person team and collaborate with cross-functional units to deliver highly reliable, scalable solutions.
The role emphasizes system-level ownership, proactive requirement definition, and the ability to communicate across teams in English and Polish.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of complex IT systems from hardware to software.
- Ability to define requirements that balance technical and business needs.
- Experience in leading design and implementation of solutions.
- Experience in leading project teams.
- Willingness to engage beyond coding, including cross-team communication.
- Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative.
- Extensive programming experience and code review involvement.
- Knowledge of concurrent programming and distributed systems.
- Ability to analyze performance and optimize production systems.
- Proficiency in English and Polish (C1).
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead development within deployment, monitoring, databases, or load balancing.
- Coordinate a project team of 3–4 people and align with other RTB House teams.
- Ensure reliability and scalability of implemented solutions.
