Job summary

RTB House is seeking Platform Engineers to lead deployment, monitoring, and database-related initiatives within its Bidding Platform. You will guide a small team, coordinate with other units, and ensure the scalability of high-performance systems.

The role emphasizes design leadership, extensive programming experience, and collaboration across DevOps, database, backend, and QA teams, with remote options available.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead design and implementation of complex IT solutions.
• Experience in leading project teams and coordinating multiple units.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency and performance.
• Proactive in defining requirements and aligning tech with business needs.
• Excellent English and Polish language skills (C1).

Responsibilities

• Plan and hands-on lead development in areas like deployment, monitoring, databases, or load balancing.
• Coordinate a project team of 3–4 people and liaise with other RTB House teams.
• Ensure reliability and scalability of deployed solutions.
