Job summary

Bacardi's Angel's Envy Brand Home in Louisville seeks a dynamic leader to guide the Distillery Guardians and Retail Associates. You will execute daily show schedules, brief the team each morning, and ensure top-tier presentation, service, and hospitality in Brand Store and experiences.

You will oversee scheduling, paperwork, and compliance with health and safety standards, while training staff and auditing tours to align with the Angel's Envy story and production details.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience leading a team in fast-paced environments.
• Retail, food & beverage, events, or hospitality background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Distillery Guardians and Retail Associates.
• Execute daily run-of-show schedule and morning briefings.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and hospitality.
• Manage scheduling, paperwork, and daily reporting.
• Ensure safety compliance and health standards in Brand Home.
• Support trainings and audits for tours and experiences.
• Open/close Brand Home operations as a Keyholder.
