Job summary

Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, KY seeks a Manager, Single Barrel Experience to lead the development and day-to-day execution of the signature program. You will coordinate from invitation and barrel selection through bottling, delivery, and ongoing relationship development across Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, R&D, Operations, Finance, and Leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in bourbon/spirits, luxury hospitality, private-client services, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage high-value customer experiences.
• Strong business judgment with pricing, budgets, forecasting, and metrics.
• Exceptional hospitality instincts, discretion, presence, and communication.
• Strong project-management skills coordinating multiple teams and timelines.
• Working knowledge of bourbon, rye, barrel maturation, sensory evaluation.
• Existing relationships in Kentucky bourbon or luxury hospitality are valuable but not required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day coordination and execution of the Single Barrel Experience program.
• Maintain records, processes, checklists, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Coordinate with R&D, Distilling, Sensory, Warehousing, Bottling, Quality, Compliance, Finance, and Logistics.
• Monitor capacity and identify improvements for efficiency.
• Develop and maintain the program playbook with clear roles and timelines.
• Ensure execution supports a high-quality customer experience.
• Lead development and growth plans in partnership with leadership and teams.
• Build relationships with private clients, trade partners, and clubs.
