Qualifications

• Experience documenting and managing business processes for training, analysis and redesign.
• Ability to analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Proven skill in documenting requirements and tracking how each is supported by IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Document and manage new and existing business processes to facilitate training, analysis and redesign.
• Analyze operational requirements and perform gap analysis for required modifications.
• Create and maintain a requirements database to show how each requirement is supported.
• Validate proposed solutions meet underlying needs and deliver necessary capabilities.
• Chop and compare marketing materials from providers to support a Program Management Office analysis.
• Develop test scripts to evaluate product capabilities and provide purchase recommendations.
• Review solution configurations to keep a current picture of business capabilities.
