Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a Senior Business Analyst role on software delivery initiatives.
• Direct fintech/banking/credit data provider exposure.
• Strong financial background.
• Frequent stakeholder engagement with daily communication rhythms.
• Documentation-heavy handoffs for engineering teams.
• Experience with remote/nearshore offshore teams and distributed execution.
• Agile delivery, backlog management, sprint readiness, and UAT support.
• Experience creating process maps with Visio/Lucidchart/Miro/FigJam.
• Familiarity with Jira, AWS, DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stakeholder engagement to understand end-to-end processes, handoffs, approvals, and dependencies.
• Facilitate on-site interviews and walkthroughs to uncover current workflows and risks.
• Capture current state with roles, triggers, inputs/outputs, decisions, and escalation paths.
• Define future state workflows aligned with delivery constraints and sequencing.
• Produce BRs, FRs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end traceability.
• Maintain authoritative docs: guides, SOPs, training materials, and UAT references.
• Drive formal signoffs with clear approval steps and auditable baselines.
• Translate business intent into unambiguous, testable requirements for remote teams.
• Clarify questions quickly to prevent rework and support engineering/QA.
• Support sprint readiness with backlog refinement and dependency mapping.
• Maintain decision logs and change-impact documentation.
• Provide precise written follow-ups after discussions detailing outcomes and action items.
