Join Twilio as our next Senior Program Manager, Disaster Recovery. You will lead the enterprise DRM program, coordinate with product and IT, and drive tests, audits, and incident responses to ensure timely recovery.

Qualifications

• CBCP certification is required.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization ecosystems, database synchronization architectures, and centralized configuration directories.
• Experience leading technical response or recovery workflows during high-severity outages with incident management teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to present risks to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual plan development, review, and executive sign-off lifecycle for critical systems.
• Integrate disaster recovery findings into risk frameworks to quantify and reduce operational risk.
• Author program updates, annual compliance metrics, and audit responses.
• Coordinate Gamedays and quarterly technical tests to ensure predictable failover of critical apps.
• Benchmark against RTO/RPO and audit recovery execution.
• Convert continuity playbooks into runnable recovery procedures.
• Review DR plans of high-exposure third-party SaaS vendors to eliminate single points of failure.
• Verify fallback environments and automated remediation workflows before disruptions occur.
