Capgemini requires an IT Disaster Recovery Program Manager to lead governance, testing, and issue management across large-scale projects. You will define DR policies, oversee risk-based testing frequencies, and ensure audit readiness with centralized tracking and executive dashboards.

Qualified candidates have 4+ years in IT disaster recovery program management, fluency in English, and a strong background in governance, with ISO27031 a plus. Remote work options available across the United States.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in IT disaster recovery program management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English.
• ISO 27031 certification is a nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise DR governance framework (policy, standards, controls, RACI).
• Establish risk-based testing methodology and frequency model.
• Define what, how, and evidence for DR testing.
• Define annual DR testing plan and coverage model.
• Implement governance cadence (quarterly reviews, approvals).
• Track execution and validate results.
• Define DR issue logging, severity classification, SLA, and remediation tracking.
• Implement centralized issue tracking.
• Produce auditable evidence and reporting.
• Support NY DFS and internal audit attestation requirements.
• Build integrated data model and implement Power Platform solution for tracking test coverage and results, audit traceability and reporting, executive dashboards.
