Twilio is seeking a Senior Environmental Sustainability & ESG Manager to lead the development and execution of environmental sustainability and ESG strategies. This role is pivotal for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and for driving internal engagement on sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in environmental sustainability, climate, or related fields and ESG.
• Proven experience developing and implementing sustainability initiatives within a global organization.
• Strong understanding of ESG reporting standards and environmental metrics.

• Lead the development and evolution of environmental sustainability and ESG strategies.
• Manage existing compliance programs and implement new processes for ESG.
• Coordinate responses to ESG reporting agencies and review submissions.
