College of Southern Nevada seeks a Senior Disability Specialist to educate and guide the campus community on disability access, rights, and responsibilities. You will provide professional case management for a diverse student population and support daily DRC operations, including supervising staff and coordinating services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related fields and 2 years of related professional experience.
• Knowledge of the ADA, the ADA Amendments Act, and Sections 504/508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
• Master’s degree preferred with leadership experience in disability resources.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience delivering presentations and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Educate, train, and guide the college community on disability access and responsibilities.
• Provide professional case management for students with disabilities and related needs.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the Disability Resource Center and oversee staff.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff on strategies to support students with disabilities.
