Job summary

The College of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas is seeking a Senior Specialist, Disability to lead disability access initiatives and provide services to students with disabilities. This role collaborates with faculty and staff to promote inclusion and compliance with ADA standards.

The Senior Disability Specialist delivers case management, coordinates accommodations, and helps oversee the Disability Resource Center's day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years professional experience with ADA/504/508.
• Master's degree and leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and guide the college community on disability access and rights.
• Provide professional casemanagement services to students with disabilities.
• Oversee Disability Resource Center operations and supervise staff.
• Support case management for current and prospective students.
