Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum five years of progressive youth development or related experience.
• Minimum of three years in supervisory or program leadership roles.
• Experience overseeing multiple programs and funding streams; familiarity with grants.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Youth Services across Workforce & Education, Wellness, and Recreation.
• Ensure program performance, regulatory compliance, and budget oversight.
