Job summary

Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. seeks a full-time Program Supervisor for a Therapeutic Day Program in Springfield, MA. You will oversee the program operations, ensure a safe, therapeutic environment, and promote healthy socialization.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating service delivery, approving treatment plans, handling client intakes, and providing crisis intervention as needed. Some evenings and local travel are required.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in human services required.
• 3 years experience with youth with emotional/behavioral difficulties.
• 2 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, therapeutic environment promoting healthy socialization.
• Develop, supervise staff and service delivery for the program.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and contracting sources.
• Facilitate staff meetings and trainings.
• Approve treatment plans and termination summaries.
• Oversee client intakes; provide clinical support and crisis intervention as needed.
