Job summary

Big Brothers Big Sisters WI Shoreline, Inc. is seeking a Director of Programs & Impact to lead the strategy, development, and evaluation of youth programs.

The role partnerships with the CEO and CSDO to translate community needs into high-quality services and scalable initiatives that drive meaningful outcomes for youth. The Director will supervise the Program Team, advance safety and case management practices, and ensure compliance with BBBS Standards of Practice while expanding the agency's

Qualifications

• Experience translating an identified need or priority into a program, initiative, curriculum, or service and carrying it through to implementation (broad program experience).
• Assessment and relationship development with diverse youth, families, volunteers, staff, and partners.
• Knowledge of positive youth development, trauma-informed practices, and youth safety.
• Experience facilitating youth groups and development-focused programming.
• Strong planning, program development, assessment, and data-driven decision-making.
• Supervisory experience leading staff and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Set the program strategy, growth, and evaluation aligned with agency priorities.
• Lead the full lifecycle of program development, partnerships, implementation planning, curriculum creation, mentor/staff preparation, and launch.
• Ensure program quality, safety, compliance, and adherence to standards and policies.
• Oversee youth engagement, mentor recruitment, and staff development to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Build and supervise a Program Team and establish performance metrics and accountability.
