Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 4+ years in youth development, education, nonprofit programming, or related field.
• Supervisory and program management experience preferred.
• Experience with budgets, contracts, grants, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall vision, leadership, and direction for El Puente's youth development portfolio.
• Oversee Beacon, Cornerstone, community school, arts, and related youth programs.
• Ensure programs are high-quality, mission-aligned, youth-centered, and financially sustainable.
• Lead strategic planning, fundraising, partnerships, and organizational development.
• Manage program budgets, staffing, enrollment, outcomes, and compliance.
• Develop and implement staff development and leadership pipelines.
• Represent El Puente with external partners and funders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in youth development, education, social work, nonprofit management, community development, public administration, arts administration, or a related field
