Job summary

Armanino LLP in Chicago is seeking an accomplished sales professional to lead Workday Financials initiatives. You will identify and close opportunities, develop relationships with prospects, and collaborate with teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes strategic account development, cross-selling Strategy and Transformation, Advisory, and Business Outsourcing, and building a robust pipeline through webinars and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related major, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience selling Workday enterprise software.
• Workday Financials experience required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and generate business opportunities selling Workday Financials.
• Develop opportunities for other Armanino services (Strategy, Advisory, BPO).
• Identify and engage with potential clients, build relationships, and present solutions.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract negotiations.
• Research, qualify leads, and build a robust pipeline.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and build partner relationships with Workday teams.
• Communicate with prospects, clients, and staff via phone, email, in-person.
