Job summary

OutSystems seeks a Senior Director of Web Strategy & Operations to own the enterprise web estate end to end. You will set strategy, lead development and analytics, and drive demand-gen outcomes through CRO and performance optimization.

You will manage a cross-functional team spanning design, content, analytics, and engineering, and align with campaigns, brand, and PMMs to convert web efforts into measurable pipeline in a remote US setup with travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in web, digital, or growth roles with leadership experience at senior levels.
• Demonstrated focus on conversion and demand-gen outcomes.
• Experience owning a pipeline number and aligning web to funnel.

Responsibilities

• Own the web strategy tying the .COM experience to pipeline and demand-gen.
• Lead development, infrastructure, and the Webflow platform with martech integrations.
• Own performance optimization: page speed, Core Web Vitals, technical health.
• Own web analytics, measurement, and dashboards for CRO and growth.
• Lead global web team with internal, contractor, and agency partners.
