Job summary

H2O Innovation seeks a Director of Project Construction to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects, primarily on the East Coast. The role supports preconstruction through completion, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule adherence while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will act as the owner’s representative, provide technical leadership, mentor field teams, and collaborate with BD to win new opportunities. Partial remote work is available with substantial travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years in construction management and field operations, especially water/wastewater infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of water/wastewater construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Review scope, budget, and schedules; ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.
• Serve as owner’s representative, manage program and project execution.
• Lead progress meetings and report updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate construction risks and control costs.
• Collaborate with business development to prepare proposals for new opportunities.
