Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in heavy civil/water infrastructure construction.
• 5+ years in an executive Project Director or senior Project Manager role.
• PE license and/or DBIA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale water infrastructure projects from pursuit through closeout.
• Develop winning proposal narratives and technical approaches.
• Take full accountability for safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance.

Skills

Project delivery across planning, evaluation, design, permitting, and construction

Experience with CMAR and Progressive Design‑Build

Technical depth in water treatment plants and pipelines

Building trust with public owners and design engineers

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
