Qualifications

• 13+ years of professional experience with 6+ years in diversified leadership, planning and people management.
• 10+ years in implementing large-scale WMS/WES and LMS projects, preferably within healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/WES) and Labor Management (LMS) systems.
• Willingness to travel to support project rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute warehouse technology strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead IT, business, and project teams to deliver integrated WMS/LMS solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors to identify and deploy best-in-class technologies.
• Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and new deployments.

• Manage project budgets and enforce cost controls.
