Job summary

KBI Biopharma, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Warehouse Operations to lead a multi-site network of warehouses, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient material flow supporting manufacturing and customer commitments.

The role drives governance, inventory accuracy, and cost optimization while guiding technology initiatives such as SAP, WMS/EWM, and automated systems to enable enterprise transformation and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive supply chain, warehouse operations, logistics, or materials management experience in regulated environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers/directors across multi-site operations.
• Experience leading warehouse, inventory, transportation, and logistics in GMP-regulated settings.
• Proven ability to drive safety, compliance, service, and cost performance at scale.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, traceability, and regulatory inspection readiness.
• Experience with ERP/WMS implementations and SAP/WMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all warehouse, inventory, logistics, and distribution operations across multiple sites.
• Lead and develop the Warehouse Operations organization, focusing on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Establish governance, policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance for warehouse operations.
• Oversee capacity planning, labor strategy, and business continuity to support growth.
• Spearhead digital transformation initiatives including SAP, WMS/EWM, and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align supply chain capabilities with business objectives.
