This role partners with Legal, IT, Finance, Procurement and Compliance to streamline processes, manage budgets, and deliver data-driven insights; you will oversee vendor management and outside counsel while advancing continuous-improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in legal operations or related fields.
• 4+ years of management experience leading teams.
• Experience implementing legal technology platforms and related systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Legal, IT, Finance and Procurement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Legal Operations & Enablement function day-to-day.
• Improve efficiency, transparency, and service delivery across the department.
• Lead implementation of legal technology platforms and tools.
• Oversee outside counsel and vendor management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and spend reporting.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and business insights.
