Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Value Strategy & Optimization to lead the measurement and optimization of value from CRM, AI, and other technology investments across Sales and Services.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in technology, analytics, operations, strategy, consulting, product management, value engineering, or related fields.
• Experience evaluating technology investments and maximizing value realization.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives or major programs.
• Strong analytical skills linking costs, adoption, operational metrics, and business outcomes.
• Experience developing value frameworks, measurement methodologies, metrics, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and business performance analyses.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute approach to measuring and maximizing value of CRM, AI, and other technology investments.
• Create inventory of technology tools, costs, owners, users, capabilities, adoption, and target outcomes.
• Develop frameworks to evaluate total cost of ownership, ROI, benefits realization, and business impact across the technology portfolio.
• Assess the impact of technology investments on productivity, workflow simplification, user experience, client engagement, retention, revenue growth, and NCVI.
• Coordinate with Finance, Analytics, Product Management, and other stakeholders to validate assumptions and strengthen investment decisions.
