• Support the development of financial and operational goals to deliver business targets, including margin improvement and cash generation.
• Support development and implementation of a new value creation framework to unlock margin improvements.
• Help design a three-phase approach to drive a value creation model and align with corporate goals.
• Assist in building a tariff mitigation strategy to address US trade policy impacts.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for margin, profit and cash improvement across the P&L.
