Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, consulting, finance, or related fields within a global organization.
• Proven ability to influence executive decision making through data-driven insights and clear recommendations.
• Strong business and financial acumen with experience assessing investments and enterprise value creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of the Value Assessment strategy and framework for the Tools & Outdoor business.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize enterprise value creation opportunities with rigorous financial analysis.
• Build and manage a portfolio of value creation opportunities with cross-functional partners.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Value Assessment & Strategy organization.
