Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Value Creation Strategy to lead remote efforts focused on margin improvement, cash generation and sustainable growth.

You will design and implement a three-phase value creation framework and partner with business teams to optimize profitability while reinvesting in capability and market leadership. You will assess improvement opportunities across the P&L, build compelling business cases, and drive cross-functional initiatives including

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related business discipline.
• 15 years of related experience with at least 10 years in leadership roles.
• International experience and drive to work with diverse teams and cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of value creation framework and three-phase model.
• Identify and assess improvement opportunities across full P&L with feasible data and timelines.
• Execute cross-functional initiatives including tariff mitigation and value creation projects.
• Support governance model, budgets, and risk mitigation with regional teams.
• Build strategic modelling, opportunity analysis and business case capability.
