Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the United States is seeking a Senior Director to lead and execute operationally focused projects within the Value Creation practice. You will guide transactions from due diligence through post-acquisition value realization, driving EBITDA upside and integration planning.

This role sits in a hybrid work model, requiring strong leadership of cross-functional teams, strategic business development, and deep analytical capability to deliver measurable improvements for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field plus 8 years of related work experience.
• Strategy and operations management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and modeling skills.
• Experience in operational due diligence, transformation, and performance improvement.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs.
• Experience in value creation engagements across Industrials, Business Services, Energy, Consumer Products, and Retail.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and operational metrics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams; travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute operationally focused projects across the transaction lifecycle.
• Oversee due diligence, integration planning, value creation initiatives, and 100-day planning.
• Drive EBITDA upside, cost and margin improvements, and working capital optimization.
• Develop client relationships and lead cross-functional project teams.
