Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• 12–14+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for U.S. accounting operations, including general ledger, close, consolidation, and statutory reporting.
• Support enterprise controllership strategy, governance, and policy deployment across the U.S. organization.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX, internal control frameworks, and accounting policies.
• Lead external audit coordination, including planning, execution, issue resolution, and reporting.
• Oversee accounting implications of complex transactions (acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, separation).
• Partner with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Supply Chain, and Commercial Finance for integrated outcomes.
• Drive automation and standardization of accounting and close processes.
