Reporting to the Vice President for Administration/CFO, the AVP serves on university and system committees, represents the university to city, county, state agencies, and maintains relations with the CSU Chancellor’s Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities planning, construction, operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Oversee building space management and supervise over 200 employees.
• Represent the University on facilities matters with city, county, state government and CSU Chancellor’s Office.
• Liaise with the system office for planning, design and construction projects.
