Job summary

Red Bull North America seeks a senior Government Affairs leader to steer the U.S. government affairs strategy, monitor political, legislative, and regulatory developments, and build strong relations with policymakers, trade associations, and external partners.

You will guide policy positions, manage consultants, and coordinate cross-functional teams to advance Red Bull’s interests and long-term objectives. The role reports to the Senior Director, Government Affairs (North America) and requires

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in government affairs, legislative or regulatory roles.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local landscape.
• Experience with policy positions, briefing materials, and executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with federal, state, and local policymakers and other external stakeholders.
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate developments in U.S. legislation, regulation, and political activity.
• Develop, own and communicate Red Bull’s policy positions and engagement strategies for the U.S.
• Manage consultants, coalitions, and trade associations.
• Provide government affairs insights and briefings to business leaders across functions.
• Engage in meetings, hearings, conferences, and stakeholder outreach to advance Red Bull’s interests.
