Job summary

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director of Translational Medicine to lead clinical biomarker plans across RAS(ON) inhibitor programs in solid tumors. You will serve as SME, shaping strategy and guiding biomarker execution from early development through pivotal trials.

Reporting to the Head of Clinical Biomarker Development, you will collaborate with Clinical Development, Biostatistics, and Regulatory teams to design studies, interpret data, and publish results, while advancing RAS biology

Qualifications

Ph.D. in cancer biology or related field with 10+ years of industry experience.
6+ years in clinical biomarker development in oncology.
Experience in oncogenic signaling pathways and biomarker technologies.
Strong communication, collaboration and planning skills.
Ability to work independently and manage resources.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic translational thinking and contribute to clinical development plans.
Represent Translational Medicine on cross-functional teams at program level.
Collaborate to design protocols and biomarker analysis plans.
Partner with bioinformaticians and TM subfunctions on analyses.
Develop plans for publication of biomarker results.
Keep abreast of new developments in RAS biology and assays.
