Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in Public Policy or related discipline, or Bachelor's with equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of progressively responsible management, including 4 years in regional transportation planning or public policy.
• Experience leading a division or department and coordinating with federal/state/local agencies.
• Deep familiarity with metropolitan transportation planning processes preferred.
