Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with the application and oversight of ADA requirements in public transit.
• Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders; able to present and defend programs to executives.
• Experience managing and directing one or more major programs; uses data to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for nationwide oversight program areas (ADA, Title VI, DBE).
• Leverage data analysis to clarify issues and support data-driven decisions.
• Manage office operations, budget development, and personnel supervision.
• Direct and evaluate staff performance and ensure alignment with agency goals.
