Job summary

ARS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Trade Strategy, Distribution & Strategic Accounts to lead the national trade strategy, build executive relationships with National Retail and key trade partners, and manage end-to-end distribution channels for the neffy® portfolio.

The role demands strategic vision, strong negotiation skills, and cross-functional leadership across sales, operations, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business administration or pharma-related field.
• 12–15+ years in biopharma with leadership in trade, distribution or strategic accounts.
• 8 years working with payer, reimbursement, wholesale, distributors; national retail, GPOs, and specialty pharmacies.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex trade agreements and deliver measurable account growth.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for Trade Channel accounts and executive relationships with National Retail.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of ARS Trade and Distribution channels for products.
• Develop and execute multiyear U.S. trade and distribution strategy; support launches.
• Negotiate distribution and trade contracts including renewals and terms; drive channel economics.
• Ensure compliance with PDMA, GMP, SOX; align with Finance, Legal, Compliance.
