Job summary

ARS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Director/Senior Director of Technical Operations to lead external manufacturing and lifecycle management for neffy. You will steer CMO partnerships, drive technology transfer, and ensure reliable supply across clinical and commercial programs.

The role requires 10+ years in Technical Operations, strong strategic and financial acumen, and the ability to influence across functions. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Min 10+ years in Technical Operations/pharma with leadership of complex programs.
• Significant experience managing external CMOs/CDMOs in outsourced model.
• Experience with drug-device/ nasal/inhalation products is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to ~25%.
• Experience supporting CMC regulatory strategy and filings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for external manufacturing and operations.
• Oversee CMO performance, governance, and supplier relationships.
• Lead tech transfer, scale-up, validation, and lifecycle management.
• Guide manufacturing strategy for clinical to commercial supply.
• Ensure robust investigations, CAPA, and process controls with QA.
