Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Senior Director of Trade Operations in Morristown, NJ (Hybrid). You will lead the US distribution strategy across Established, Products, General Medicines and Specialty Care, collaborating with Market Access, Finance and Supply Chain to optimize access and performance.

The role requires 8–10 years in pharma, strong financial acumen, and proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams. Travel ~10% is expected.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree with concentration in business administration, finance, marketing (advanced degree preferred).
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector.
Market Access, Wholesale Trade and Channel experience required; pricing and contracting preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and execute distribution models for seamless product access via wholesalers, specialty pharmacies and channel partners.
Lead product launches and ongoing commercialization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Develop strategic distribution plans for active and pipeline products; identify risks and mitigation strategies.
Establish and nurture relationships with specialty pharmacies, wholesalers/distributors, and channel partners.
