Job summary

Sanofi is hiring a Senior Director of Trade Operations in Morristown, NJ or Cambridge, MA to lead distribution strategy for Established, Products, General Medicines and Specialty Care US units. You will design distribution models, partner with wholesalers and specialty pharmacies, and drive cross-functional execution to ensure patient access and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, finance or marketing; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector.
• Market access, wholesale trade and channel experience required; pricing/contracting knowledge preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with brand and Access Strategy leads.
• Strong financial acumen, analytics, and critical thinking; ability to influence a matrix team.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: design and execute best-in-class distribution models across wholesalers, specialty pharmacies, and channel partners.
• Partnership Management: establish strategic relationships with specialty pharmacies, distributors, and channel partners; optimize contracts and service levels.
• Operational Excellence: lead inventory management, product allocation, order fulfillment, and KPI monitoring.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Market Access, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to align objectives and reviews.
• Team Leadership: provide effective leadership to direct reports and cross-functional teams.
