Job summary

Replimune is seeking a Senior Director of Trade and Distribution to lead the commercial organization’s distribution strategy and vendor partnerships. This role requires extensive biotech/pharma experience and cross-functional collaboration to ensure inventory access for launch and growth.

The candidate will coordinate with 3PLs, distributors, hospitals, and GPOs, while managing budgets, performance metrics, and regulatory compliance. Remote/hybrid options available in Woburn, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of biotech/pharma experience with 5 years managing 3PL, SD/SP and GPO vendors.
• Extensive distribution experience for oncology buy-and-bill and special handling.
• Advanced analytical skills for trade and distribution service reporting.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong negotiation, communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution strategy decisions and partner selections for launches.
• Account management and contracting activities for distribution vendors.
• Support operations reporting with vendor data and launch metrics.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate distribution data for insights.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and address service gaps.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, Finance and Legal.
• Manage market access data and contract performance metrics.
• Develop and manage operational budgets aligned with goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and US healthcare laws.
