Job summary

Replimune Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Development/Clinical Scientist to lead and shape global clinical programs.

You will partner across functions, manage vendors and academicians, and drive strategy from concept to regulatory submissions. You will collaborate with clinical operations, data management, safety/pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and biometrics teams to ensure compliant, timely execution and impactful trial outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent required.
• Minimum 12 years in biotech/pharmaceuticals with clinical development.
• Experience in oncology and global study design.
• Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical study design, conduct, analysis and documentation.
• Oversee regulatory, safety and pharmacovigilance interfaces.
• Mentor junior clinical scientists and manage CROs.
• Develop program strategy and ensure budget/timeline alignment.
