Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards or related fields.
• Extensive experience with public company compensation and benefits practices, including equity plan administration and 401(k) management.
• Strong ability to influence, build relationships, and communicate across all levels of an organization.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee total rewards strategy including compensation, benefits, retirement, mental well-being, and equity programs to align with business goals.
• Design and administer compensation structures, including base salary, short-term incentives, and equity plans.
• Lead benefits program audits, renewals, and open enrollment, and manage vendor relationships.
