Alterra Mountain Company in Denver seeks a Senior Director of Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, retirement, mental well-being, and equity programs, aligning them with business goals and a culture that values performance and care. 

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will design and administer competitive structures, guide executive compensation discussions, manage benefits programs, and champion a sustainable, cost-conscious Total Rewards agenda across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards or related fields.
• Experience with public company compensation, benefits, equity, and 401(k) management.
• Strong ability to influence, build relationships, and communicate across all levels of an organization.

Aufgaben

• Develop and oversee total rewards strategy including compensation, benefits, retirement, mental well-being, and equity.
• Oversee design and administration of compensation structures, including hourly wages, base salary, incentives, and equity plans.
• Lead Total Rewards Committee and manage relationships with vendors for benefits.
• Communicate and train employees on compensation, equity and benefits offerings.
• Collaborate with executives, Finance and Legal to ensure compliant and cost-effective programs.
