The University of Toledo seeks an Associate Director, Total Rewards Benefits to lead the benefits, wellness, and student insurance programs. You will oversee benefits administration, communicate about insurance and tuition waivers, and drive continuous process improvements to support accurate, efficient service aligned with the Total Rewards strategy.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources with benefits or generalist expertise; equivalency of 9 years' direct experience in-lieu of degree & experience is acceptable.
• Proficient with analytical and statistical tools and PC programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way and tailor messages to multiple audiences.
• Goal oriented with the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
• Attention to detail and service orientation in interacting with customers.
• Conflict management and collaboration to resolve problems and achieve goals.
• Quality orientation with careful monitoring of work to meet standards and accuracy.

• Manage day-to-day operations and team responsible for employee benefits, employee wellness, and student insurance.
