Responsibilities Directs the planning, implementation, coordination, operation and evaluation of the University Benefits Program as part of the University's strategic planning. Provides day-to-day direction and supervision of the activities and operations of the Benefits Office, including management of the functions of one or more areas of the benefits program and the division. Assists in overall development and management of the University Benefits Program and the Benefits Office. Provides professional direction to staff.
