Job summary

Point Foundation seeks a visionary, experienced Sr. Director, Technology & Systems to build the technology foundation driving growth.

You will own the multi-year roadmap, guide technology investments, and advise leaders across programs on the right tools to accelerate work, including AI adoption. Reporting to the COO, this full-time exempt role requires 8–10+ years in tech leadership, strong vendor management, and cybersecurity expertise to scale a national nonprofit.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in technology or systems leadership
• 3-5 years at senior/director level owning technology strategy
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Blackbaud, or equivalent)
• Cloud collaboration environments such as Microsoft 365
• Hands-on AI tools deployment and adoption
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical leaders
• Cross-functional leadership and vendor management skills
• Data governance and cybersecurity policy knowledge

Responsibilities

• Own Point's technology roadmap and multi-year strategy.
• Advise on data governance, CRM strategy, and cybersecurity.
• Lead AI integration and change management across the organization.
• Oversee vendor relationships, RFPs, and contracts.
• Manage technology budget and ensure fiscal accountability.
• Translate technical decisions for senior leadership and the Board.
