Job summary

Ardent Mills is seeking a Director, Technical Services to lead enterprise-wide strategy for customer-facing technical services. This role partners with Commercial, Operations, Quality, Risk Management, Marketing, and R&D to translate customer challenges into differentiated solutions.

You will direct a high-performing team, develop talent, influence enterprise priorities, and foster strong customer relationships across grain, milling, and ingredient solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Grain Science, Milling Science, Cereal Chemistry, or related field required.
• Master's degree, MBA, or other advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise-wide Technical Services strategy aligned with growth and customer needs.
• Lead strategic planning, budget management, and resource allocation for Technical Services.
• Provide executive-level leadership for strategic customer relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive innovation, customer insights, and technical excellence across business segments.
